Wesco International, a Pittsburgh wholesaler of electrical products with $6.1 billion of revenue, has hired Richard Heyse as CFO and vice president. He succeeds Stephen Van Oss, who was promoted to chief operating officer. Heyse, 46, is joining Wesco from Innophos, where he has served as CFO since 2005. Earlier, he was a division controller at Eastman Chemical.

Schwan Food, a privately held, Minnesota-based maker of frozen pizza and other food products with $3.3 billion of revenue, has hired James Dollive as its CFO and executive vice president of finance. He succeeds Bernadette Kruk, who will now serve as Schwan’s corporate controller and senior vice president. Dollive spent 29 years at Kraft Foods and served as its CFO from 2000 until 2007, when he retired.

Zale Corp., the Dallas-based jewelry retailer with $2.1 billion of revenue, has hired Matthew Appel as CFO and senior vice president. He succeeds interim CFO Cindy Gordon, who will continue to serve as controller and senior vice president. Appel, 53, is joining Zale from ExlService Holdings, where he had been CFO and vice president since 2007. Earlier, he served as vice president of finance and administration BPO at Electronic Data Systems.

HealthSpring, a Nashville, Tenn., provider of Medicare Advantage coverage with $2.1 billion of revenue, has named Karey Witty CFO and executive vice president. He succeeds Kevin McNamara, who is retiring. Witty, 44, most recently served as CFO and executive vice president of Valitas Health Services. Earlier, he spent eight years at Centene Corp., where he served as CEO of its Medicaid health plan operations and earlier as CFO.

SunPower Corp., a San Jose, Calif., manufacturer of solar technology with $1.4 billion of revenue, has hired Navneet Govil as vice president and treasurer, which is a new position for the company. Govil, 37, is joining SunPower from Sun Microsystems, where he most recently served as controller for the microelectronics group. Earlier, he worked in the international treasury group at Hewlett-Packard.

Kimball International, a Jasper, Ind., company that manufactures electronic components and furniture and that had $1.3 billion in revenue, has named Michelle Schroeder vice president and chief accounting officer, which is a new title for the company. Schroeder, 44, has served as Kimball’s corporate controller since 2004.

DCP Midstream, a Denver natural gas company, has appointed D. Robert Sadler treasurer and vice president. He succeeds Irene Lofland, who was named vice president of internal audit and compliance. Sadler, 37, joined the company in November 2008 as vice president of strategic planning from Duke Energy, where he had worked in investor relations and mergers and acquisitions.

HCP, a Long Beach, Calif.-based real estate trust with $1 billion in revenue, has hired Scott Anderson as chief accounting officer and senior vice president. He replaces George Doyle, who is leaving to pursue other opportunities. Anderson, 48, is joining HCP from Apartment Investment Management Co., where he most recently was senior vice president of financial risk management and earlier served as controller.
