Bill is Senior Director, Research, for Financial Executives Research Foundation, Inc. (FERF), the research affiliate of Financial Executives International (FEI). Bill also supports FEI’s Committee on Finance & IT (CFIT), and authors its e-newsletter, “Finance & IT News.”

Bill joined FEI as Accounting Manager in 1985, and became Manager of Research for FERF in 1989. He was promoted to Director of Research in October 2005, and Senior Director in October of 2011. Prior to his positions at FEI and FERF, Bill was employed by Carnegie-Mellon University and Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh. He has an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.

Rick came to McCoy Corporation in November 1997 as Controller and is now the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of McCoy Corporation, Inc. His areas of responsibility include accounting, accounts payable, treasury, finance, payroll, human resources, risk management, training, loss prevention, credit and collections. Rick has also lead many implementation software projects to enhance processes and financial reporting for the Company. Some of the implementations include financial, point of sale, credit and collections, imaging and process flow/integration, human resource/payroll, and treasury system software.

Rick Neal graduated from Lamar University in 1985 with a BS in Education and Mathematics and in 1989 with a Masters in Business Administration (also from Lamar University).Rick’s Certifications include the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, Institute Of Certified Management Accountants, and Accredited Accounts Payable Manager. Additionally, he is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executive International.
