He has also held positions as a Security Consultant at MasterCard International, Anheuser-Busch, and the Department of Commerce in Washington, DC. Alex is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and holds Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS) certifications for Designated Approving Authority and Information Security System Professional. Alex has presented on the topics of Defense in Depth, Incident Response, PCI and Data Security.

Before founding CreditPoint in 2000, George worked as a Credit Manager for Amoco and later as Accounting Manager at PwC (Pricewaterhouse Coopers). George has his MBA and is a CPA. He is also currently a member of NACM, NPECA, and IECA.
