Google Treasurer to Accept AHA Overall Excellence Award

More than a dozen multinational and Fortune 1000 companies to be recognized at Alexander Hamilton Summit Oct. 1.

Today Summit Business Media announced that Brent Callinicos, Treasurer and Vice President of Google, will be accepting the Overall Excellence Award on behalf of Google at Treasury & Risk's 17th Annual Alexander Hamilton Best Practices Summit and Awards. Callinicos will be joined by Peter Frank, Principal for Corporate Treasury Solutions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, for a lively discussion on what it takes run a top treasury and finance operation in a rapidly changing and interconnected world.

The 2012 Summit will kick off with a keynote presentation from Kevin Clark, CFO at Delphi Automotive. Clark will reflect on his career of 35 years in the global finance sector that has helped shape him into the CFO he is today. A second keynote presentation will feature Bank of America's Chief Economist, Dr. Mickey Levy, who will provide an update on the global economic outlook.

The awards program, now in its 17th year, recognizes excellence in finance and treasury management and honors the best and the brightest from the treasury and finance departments of the nation’s largest and multinational corporations. The 2012 Alexander Hamilton Award finalists will be acknowledged at this year’s Best Practices Summit.
