PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Since joining in 1999, Gasaway has served in various accounting and finance positions of increasing responsibility at Alltel, which had $9.5 billion in sales in 2005. Prior to being named CFO and executive vice president, she served as controller for the telecommunications company from 2002 to 2006. In her position, Gasaway oversees finance and accounting at the company, including capital markets, budgeting and forecasting, internal audit, accounting, tax and operational support. Gasaway worked at Arthur Andersen LLP for eight years before coming to Alltel. Gasaway's last position at Arthur Andersen was audit manager.
