Colleen O’Sullivan has been promoted to CFO, treasurer and senior vice president of Career Education Corp., a $1.9 billion Shaumburg, Ill.-based provider of postsecondary education. She succeeds Michael Graham, 52, who is leaving to become CFO of JMC Steel Group. O’Sullivan, 45, at right, most recently served as the company’s chief accounting officer, corporate controller and senior vice president. She previously worked in senior finance positions at Hewitt Associates, Sears Holdings and Arthur Andersen.
The brokerage closed the sale despite several special conditions with the buildings including high vacancy.
"The law firm that he hired to defend him for not paying our bill, he ended up not paying them either," attorney Brian Rodier said.
“Early on, someone suggested we call this program ‘Drug Court Lite,'” Judge Tain Kell said, “but I rejected that name. This court is anything but light.”
