Mark W. Olson comes to the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board from the Federal Reserve, like his predecessor, William McDonough. He brings an insider's view to his new post: Before going to the Fed, Olson was a partner at Ernst & Young from 1988 to 1999, where he was the national director of the firm's regulatory consulting practice for the financial services industry.
