JPMorgan Chase
appointed Joseph Bonocore treasurer. Bonocore served as CFO and chief operating officer for JPMorgan's chief investment office, which invests the bank's capital and hedges currency and interest-rate risks, for the past 10 years. Before that, he worked in asset and liability management and in the investment bank. Bonocore succeeds Norma Corio, JPMorgan's treasurer for two years, who is joining the special investments unit of the chief investment office, where she will work with distressed companies that have loans with the bank. JPMorgan reported 2009 revenue of $100 billion.

Hostess Brands, a privately held bakery that makes Twinkies and Wonder Bread, named John Stewart CFO and executive vice president. Before joining Dallas-based Hostess, Stewart was CFO for Dr. Pepper Snapple and for Diageo's North American unit. He also held international CFO roles in Diageo's drinks business and spent several years at its Pillsbury unit in marketing, finance, operational control & accounting roles. Earlier in his career, Stewart worked in internal audit at RCA, GE and RJR Nabisco.

EZCORP, a pawn shop operator in Austin, Texas, with $597 million in 2009 revenue, appointed Stephen Stamp CFO and senior vice president. He replaces Danny Chism, EZCORP's chief accounting officer, who had served as principal financial officer since May, when former CFO Brad Wolfe left the company. Stamp, 48, was previously CFO at KV Pharmaceutical Co., and prior to that served as CFO and chief operating officer at Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals. He was also group finance director at Regus Group and Shire Pharmaceuticals Group, and worked at Lazard Brothers and KPMG.
