Noble Corp., a $2.8 billion offshore drillingcontractor, appointed James MacLennan CFO,controller and senior vice president. He replaces DennisLubojacky, who served as interim principal finance andaccounting officer since CFO Thomas Mitchell leftin September. MacLennan, 52, joins the Swiss company from EnnisTraffic Safety Solutions, where he was CFO and corporate secretary.Earlier, he served as CFO at hotel owner and operator Lodgian,medical device manufacturer Theragenics Corp. and technicalproducts company Lanier Worldwide.

The Navigators Group, a $777 million New YorkCity-based insurance holding company, named CiroDeFalco CFO and senior vice president. He succeedsFrancis McDonnell, who retired. DeFalco, 56,served as interim CFO at Navigators since October. He joined thecompany in September from White Mountains Re Group, where he wassenior vice president and group planning officer. Previously,DeFalco held a variety of finance positions in the insuranceindustry.

NCI, an information technology company with$581 million in 2010 revenue, appointed LucasNarel CFO, treasurer and executive vice president. Hereplaces Brian Clark, who was named president ofthe Reston, Va., company. Narel, 37, joins NCI from CGI Federal,where he was vice president of finance. Earlier, he was vicepresident and corporate controller for Stanley, a company that CGIacquired in 2010.

SonoSite, a $275 million Bothell, Wash.-basedultrasound technology company, named Anil AmlaniCFO. He succeeds Marcus Smith, who resigned topursue other opportunities. Amlani, 61, most recently was CEO andpresident of VisualSonics, a SonoSite subsidiary. Previously, heserved as CFO at MDS Proteomics, where he was also chief operatingofficer, Cancom and AT&T Canada Long Distance Services. Amlanialso was head of finance, commercial and retail banking at TDBank.

Mannatech, a Coppell, Texas, health productscompany with $228 million in 2010 revenue, appointed S.Mark Nicholls CFO. He replaces StephenFenstermacher, who has resigned to accept a position at afinancial services company. Nicholls, 45, most recently served asMannatech's vice president of treasury and tax. He joined thecompany in 2007 as a senior tax manager. Previously, he was taxdirector at Carter & Burgess and CFO for real estate companyCirrus Group. Nicholls also worked in public accounting atPricewaterhouseCoopers and BDO Seidman.

Landauer, a $120 million maker of radiationdetection devices, named Michael Burke CFO andsenior vice president. He succeeds interim CFO MichaelLeatherman, who will resume serving as a member of theboard of directors and has been reinstated to the Glenwood, Ill.,company's audit and compensation committees. Burke, 53, mostrecently was CFO of Albany International Corp., a textiles andmaterials processor. Earlier, he was CFO at Intermagnetics Generaland HbT. Burke also worked in investment banking as a managingdirector at CIBC World Markets and director at BarclaysCapital.
