Bernard Gutmann, CFO, ON SemiconductorONSemiconductor, a $3.4 billion supplier of high performancesilicon solutions, appointed Bernard Gutmann CFOand executive vice president. He replaces DonaldColvin, who resigned in August. Gutmann, 53, pictured atright, has been a member of the Phoenix-based company's financeteam for 13 years. Most recently he served as vice president ofcorporate analysis and strategy for Semiconductor ComponentsIndustries, ON Semiconductor's primary operating company. Gutmannhas also been CFO for the company's SANYO Semiconductor divisionsince 2011 and will continue to serve in that position. Prior tojoining ON, he worked in finance at Motorola from 1982 to 1999.

Flowers Foods, a $2.8 billion producer andmarketer of packaged bakery foods, named CraigParr chief risk officer and senior vice president offinance, a new position for the company. He will report to CFO andexecutive vice president R. Steve Kensley. Parr joins Thomasville,Ga.-based Flowers from The Andersons, where he worked in accountingand risk management for 20 years and most recently served as vicepresident of risk management and food supply.

Inergy, a $2 billion Kansas City, Mo.-based gasstorage company, named Michael Campbell CFO andsenior vice president and Kent Blackford treasurerand vice president. Campbell succeeds R. Brooks ShermanJr., who was promoted to president, and Blackford succeedsCampbell. Campbell, 43, joined Inergy in 2003 and was namedtreasurer in 2005.
