ScottCrocco, its corporate controller and vice president, willsucceed Paul Huck as CFO and senior vice presidentwhen Huck retires in February. Crocco, 48, pictured at right, hasbeen the company's controller since 2006. Since joining AirProduct's career development program in 1990, he has also beendirector of corporate decision support, controller for theelectronics division and manager of financial planning andanalysis.

Donna Kinzel, treasurer and CRO, Pepco HoldingsPepcoHoldings, the $5.9 billion utility, named DonnaKinzel treasurer, chief risk officer and vice president.She replaces Kevin McGowan, who was named vicepresident of regulatory affairs. Kinzel, 45, at left, has beenPepco's director of investor relations since 2004. She joinedDelmarva Power, a subsidiary of the Washington, D.C.-based company,in 1990. She was named finance manager for Pepco's enterprisebusiness group in 1997 and assistant treasurer in 1999.

Flowserve Corp., the $4.5 billion provider offlow control products and services, named JayRoueche treasurer, head of investor relations and vicepresident. He succeeds Dean Freeman, who left thecompany. Roueche, 45, most recently served as treasurer atMcDermott International. Earlier he held finance positions atPennzoil-Quaker State, Rockport Resources Capital Corp. and ShellOil.

Jonathan Chadwick, CFO, VMwareVMware, the $3.7billion Palo Alto, Calif.-based software maker, appointedJonathan Chadwick CFO. He succeeds MarkPeek, who left to become CFO at Workday earlier this year.Chadwick, 46, pictured at right, most recently served as CFO atSkype, a subsidiary of Microsoft, and corporate vice president atMicrosoft. Previously he was CFO and executive vice president atMcAfee, which was acquired by Intel in 2011. Earlier, Chadwick heldfinance positions at Cisco Systems and worked at Coopers &Lybrand in the U.S. and U.K.

MSC Industrial Direct Co., a $2 billiondistributor of metalworking and maintenance, repair and operationssupplies, appointed John Chironna treasurer, andvice president of investor relations. He succeeds ShelleyBoxer, who retired after 19 years at the Melville,N.Y.-based company. Chironna, 47, previously worked at Tyco andABB, where he spent the last 15 years in investor relationspositions. He began his career at Arthur Anderson.

San Francisco 49ers, a National Football Leagueteam, named Cipora Herman CFO. She replacesLarry MacNeil, who was named EVP of development.Herman, 38, joins the 49ers from Facebook, where she was vicepresident of finance and played a key role in the company's IPO.Earlier, she was treasurer at Yahoo and worked at Hewlett-Packardand Seibel Systems.
