Bank ofAmerica Merrill Lynch has launched a new module for its GlobalReporting and Account Management system, which is a Web-basedreporting solution for Bank of America Merrill Lynchcommercial-card programs.

Dashboard Analytics is designed to provide senior executives andtreasury teams with new insights into the company's commercial-cardactivity. The module includes three views of corporatecommercial-card data: a “Card Activity” dashboard, which trackstotal transaction count or value by time period, spending category,or other dimension; a “Leader” dashboard, which tracks totalspending or number of transactions by a company's organizationalstructure; and a “Negative Change” dashboard, which trackssignificant decreases in spending or transaction count by acompany's organizational structure.

Ultimately, Bank of America Merrill Lynch expects the DashboardAnalytics module to help clients make better decisions to improveworking capital, negotiate better terms with key suppliers, andfacilitate compliance with company travel policy.
