Erik Smolders joined Deloitte & Touche LLP as a managing director in the firm's Treasury Transformation practice in 2019, where he is focused on M&A and treasury transformation projects spanning global treasury, in-house banking, post-divestiture treasury strategy, treasury management system selection and implementation, and currency exposure management. Prior to joining Deloitte, Erik was the Corporate Treasurer of Ingram Micro Inc. for 12 years, with responsibility of the company's global treasury and risk management functions. Erik is a native of Belgium and holds a Master of Business Engineering degree from the University of Antwerp.

Mike Weil | Managing Director, Digital Forensic Technologies & Analytics | Deloitte
Mike Weil is a managing director with Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP, where he leads Digital Forensic Technologies and Analytics for the US Forensic and Financial Crime offering while also serving as the firm's Global Leader of Digital Forensics. Mike has over 25 years of digital forensic examination and investigation experience as well as serving as an expert witness, and throughout his career has participated on numerous government and law enforcement organizations charged with developing digital forensic practices. In addition, Mike regularly leads very large technical investigations, data analytics, and electronic discovery engagements throughout the world. Mike holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Loyola University Chicago.

Andrew Deichler | Director, Payments Practice | Association for Financial Professionals (AFP)
Andrew Deichler leads AFP's payments initiatives, engaging with corporate practitioners through payments content, programs and products. He previously served at AFP for over a decade in communications and marketing, producing a host of guides, articles, newsletters, videos, podcasts, and other materials related to payments and other key topics. Later, Andrew served in content management roles at SHRM, Kyriba, Rectangle Health and ITegrity, before making his return to AFP. He possesses a wealth of knowledge in corporate payments, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payments fraud, emerging payments technologies and working capital efficiency.

Katherine M. Weislogel | Executive Vice President, Head of Treasury and Payment Solutions | Synovus
Weislogel manages the bank's treasury management and liquidity solutions, including international and commercial card sales management and implementation of new products and services. She leads strategies for pricing, design, risk management, sales and go-to-market initiatives of all treasury and payment solutions products and services. Weislogel is a member of several internal committees, such as the Financial Institutions Committee, which gives oversight to the bank's international banking partners.
