Edward J. Borkowski, will transition in the next few months out of his role as CFO of Mylan, the $2.2 billion, Canonsburg, Pa.-based developer and distributor of generic pharmaceuticals. Borkowski, who joined the company in 2002, will remain with Mylan until the company names a successor. Mylan has hired executive recruitment firm Korn/Ferry to lead the search for Borkowski's replacement.
Alan T. Ennis, 39, CFO and executive vice president of Revlon, Inc., $1.3 billion, New York-based cosmetics and skincare manufacturer, adds the titles of director and president of Revlon International, effective March 1. Ennis became executive vice president and CFO in 2006 after serving as senior vice president, corporate controller and chief accounting officer. As CFO, he oversaw the company's international business last year.
Donald J.B. Van der Wiel leaves Hhgregg, the $1.3 billion Indianapolis-based electronics and appliance retailer, where he was CFO, Vice President and Controller Jeremy J. Aguilar, 34, who joined Hhgregg in 2005, will handle the CFO duties while the board searches for a new finance chief. President and Chief Operating Officer Dennis L. May, 41, who joined the company in 1999 as executive vice president and COO, becomes the new president and CEO.
