Edward J. Borkowski, will transition in thenext few months out of his role as CFO of Mylan,the $2.2 billion, Canonsburg, Pa.-based developer and distributorof generic pharmaceuticals. Borkowski, who joined the company in2002, will remain with Mylan until the company names a successor.Mylan has hired executive recruitment firm Korn/Ferry to lead thesearch for Borkowski's replacement.

Alan T. Ennis, 39, CFO and executive vicepresident of Revlon, Inc., $1.3 billion, NewYork-based cosmetics and skincare manufacturer, adds the titles ofdirector and president of Revlon International, effective March 1.Ennis became executive vice president and CFO in 2006 after servingas senior vice president, corporate controller and chief accountingofficer. As CFO, he oversaw the company's international businesslast year.

Donald J.B. Van der Wiel leavesHhgregg, the $1.3 billion Indianapolis-basedelectronics and appliance retailer, where he was CFO, VicePresident and Controller Jeremy J. Aguilar, 34,who joined Hhgregg in 2005, will handle the CFOduties while the board searches for a new finance chief. Presidentand Chief Operating Officer Dennis L. May, 41, whojoined the company in 1999 as executive vice president and COO,becomes the new president and CEO.
