Avon Products, the New York-based cosmeticscompany with $10.9 billion in 2010 revenue, named KimberlyRoss CFO and executive vice president. She replacesCharles Cramb, who will remain vice chairman ofthe developed market group. Ross, 46, is joining Avon from RoyalAhold, where she most recently served as CFO and executive vicepresident. She joined Royal Ahold in 2001 after working at Ernst& Young and Anchor Glass Container Corp.

Maria Henry was named CFO of the North Americanoperations of Downers Grove, Ill.-based Sara Lee,succeeding Aaron Alt, who was named brand generalmanager for the company's Ball Park Franks business. Once Sara Leespins off its international coffee and tea business in 2012, Henrywill become CFO of the company, which had $10.8 billion in 2010revenue. Henry, 44, joins Sara Lee from Culligan International,where she was CFO and executive vice president. Prior to joiningCulligan, Henry was CFO at Vastera and U.S. Office Products, andserved in leadership positions at companies owned by private equityfirm Clayton Dubilier & Rice.

Cabot Corp., a $2.9 billion specialty chemicalcompany, named Erica McLaughlin director ofinvestor relations. She succeeds SusannahRobinson, who is taking a position in the company's HRorganization. McLaughlin most recently served as director ofstrategy, planning and finance for Cabot's core segment. She hasworked in finance since joining the Boston-based company in2002.
